Her approach is based on the one contact point philosophy, offering clients security, discretion, and complete organization from the initial concept to the final execution. As President of the Cultural and Creative Industries Section of Kreativna Istra at the Croatian Chamber of Economy Pula County Chamber, she actively contributes to the development of the cultural and event industry, positioning Istria as an internationally recognized destination.

Jurja Johman is a member of the Tijara Events team, where she is involved in the organization and execution of weddings, events, fashion projects, and cultural programs. Her work encompasses project coordination, communication with clients and partners, creative content development, and attention to the details that transform every event into a cohesive experience.
At Tijara, she is involved in projects from the initial concept and creative development through to production and execution, with a particular focus on the cultural and creative industries, as well as destination events and projects. Her approach is rooted in organization, thoughtful communication, and creating experiences that are at once visually distinctive, meaningful, and personal.
