For the first time, Istria opens its doors to couples and the wedding industry. Over two days, owners of villas, hotels, holiday homes, restaurants, and many other service providers will present their locations and offers in their own settings. The Open Days give couples the opportunity to experience venues firsthand and meet the people behind them, while also allowing professionals from the industry (photographers, planners, florists…) to network on site.

What the participation package includes:

-inclusion in the official IWOD map – a digital and printed guide through Istrian locations and wedding vendors, distributed to couples, media, and the industry, and available online throughout the year. It allows exhibitors to become part of the first Istrian network of wedding venues and services, ensuring lasting visibility and market positioning

-media coverage and presentation through posts on social media and partner media channels related to the event, further increasing the visibility of your location or service

-opening of the property or location during IWOD for visits by couples and vendors, emphasizing that this is not a mass-attendance event such as the Vendors Area, but rather a tool for long-term promotion and branding on the market

Within your IWOD location/service, you may provide additional supplier services, but only with the prior knowledge of the Organizer. Bringing or advertising suppliers at the location without prior knowledge of the Organizer is prohibited.

The Vendors Area is the central point of the event, where visitors can directly meet all key vendors of the wedding industry in one place — from organizers to photographers and designers — while professionals have the opportunity to make new business contacts and partnerships.

The exhibition space consists of an open area without fair constructions, including an electrical connection, table, and chairs. Bringing or advertising Exhibitors without prior knowledge of the Organizer is prohibited.
